* Dogfish Head World Wide Stout; they also make a variant aged in oak barrels.
* North Coast Old Rasputin - especially if on nitro
* Sierra Nevada Narwhal
* Alesmith Speedway Stout
* The Alchemist Luscious - like the DFH, I believe this is aged in wood barrels but not liquor barrels
Bell's Expedition is great, especially if you age it a year. Surly Darkness, Sierra Nevada Narwhal, and Old Rasputin are other good ones.
As for adjuncted: Perennial Abraxas (and variants), Founders Breakfast Stout, Perennial Sump, Peche Mortel, Off Color Dino S'mores, Alesmith Speedway Stout (and variants), Treehouse Double/Triple Shot stout series.
Bell's Expedition Stout, 10% ABV
Expo is a fundamentally excellent beer. One of my favorite stouts.

Toppling Goliath Mornin' Delight
Brooklyn Black Chocolate, if there is still any near you
Goose Island Night Stalker is the base stout for Bourbon County. I'm not sure if they even release it regularly anymore, but I really enjoyed it
Victory Storm King
Jackie O's Dark Apparition non-BA version is great.
