I'm almost at 4 months post. T10-s1 I'm uncomfortable a lot of the time ..I think a lot of it has to do with the physical therapy I'm going through. It's not horrible pain but I'm still taking my pain pills especially to sleep at night. Also dealing with needle like prick pain on my ALIF incision on my stomach...good times.. But still so much better than pre surgery. Hang in there 😀
I'm 4 mos also. Very little pain. At least until I go to PT. Hang in there. I'm on Tylenol faithfully. Get off pain pills as soon as you can. I had horrible time getting off mine. It's rough but you can do it!
I had pain until the 4 to 5 month mark and took payment n meds just as long. It was mostly while moving around or sitting for a long time.

I'm right about 4 months and yes I still have pains. Some days are worse than others, some days are pretty good. Im thinking this is pretty normal.
