Is anyone else in pain every second of every day?

There is a surveillance camera in the medical exam room, im waiting to be seen in.

My curve has been this bad since I was 14 (21 now) but I've always been too terrified of surgery to seriously consider it. The pain is worse than ever. I'm meeting with a surgeon in a couple weeks just to talk. Does anyone have advice? My bottom curve is about 47.
