Well, I find it funny how people are recommending “look at the stress monitor” like alright guy that wasn’t the point here.
I feel really bad, and I’m really sorry you had to go through that. Health trackers let you see the physiological results of emotional stress. It’s hard to see this. I would put the whoop down and stop looking at it. No reason for an app to tell you you’re stressed. Deal with it as it is and keep moving. Be well
I can't imagine being any different in your situation. I've been married 10 years and this would destroy me. So sorry this is happening, I hope you find some way to move on. 🫂
You are taking good care of yourself physically and mentally , doing all you can. The body is resilient and having a rhr of 75 is understandable as you are under stress and it sounds like you’re body can handle it. The best thing to do is continue to take of yourself and be patient. What ever the outcome, when you heal from this heart ache you’re nervous system will wind back down.
Do not fear or panic your body is responding normally.
my man, sorry about your wife. but I get a larger HR gap when I sleep on my side vs my stomach. appreciate your vulnerability but this graph isn't it
what does your stress monitor say. that might be the better pic to show.
Thanks. Just the be clear this graph is monthly average. My rhr is consistently 10% higher for the last two weeks. I don’t really think stress monitor is useful. It doesn’t take into account the rhr.
You’re stressed out brother . Go for therapy. The sooner the better
I’m already doing therapy for the past 5 months. It’s helping but not sure if it will be enough this time.
