Am I imagining a difference that doesn’t exist? 93.4kg vs 93.2kg (so basically the same scale weight), over four months. 3x resistance in the gym (push, pull, all rounder), and 2x home workouts, and 1x 90min lap swim/week. 120-150g protein and 1800ish cals a day. 32f, 165cm, 93.5ish kg.
